Closest airport
Zadar (ZAD) is the usual closest airport for Zrće / Novalja. Published Zrće travel guides put it roughly 80 km away; transfer time varies by traffic and service. Split can work as a secondary option.

Zrće Beach is close to Novalja, but the late-night journey still needs a plan. Seasonal shuttles and taxis are common; schedules and fares change, so verify them for your stay.
Where to stay
Novalja is the flexible default. Gajac is useful if proximity to Zrće matters most. Stara Novalja is calmer. Choose the base together with your transfer plan.
