Operator
BuyZrce is a consumer-facing project operated by Adriatic Ritual d.o.o., Zidarska 40/A, Crikvenica, Croatia, OIB 46603124571.
An enquiry is not a booking
Submitting a form does not create a reservation, ticket, accommodation booking, VIP table or package. A binding booking exists only after written confirmation identifies the booked service, total price, supplier/contracting party and applicable cancellation or change terms.
Third-party services
Festivals, clubs, accommodation and transport may be supplied by third parties. Their rules can form part of the final booking. BuyZrce does not describe itself as the organizer of an event unless explicitly stated in the confirmation.
Availability and prices
Availability and prices shown in a final offer must be reconfirmed. This staging build deliberately avoids speculative “from” prices and invented ticket stock.
Event changes
Organizers may change dates, venues, programmes or artists. Always read the final supplier terms before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
Payments
No card payment is taken by this static build. If online payments are added, the checkout must clearly identify the merchant, currency, total price, refund/cancellation conditions and payment processor before going live.
