What this build collects
The public site uses no analytics or advertising trackers by default. If you submit the trip-planning form, the form data you enter is processed so we can respond to the enquiry. The Netlify-hosted form configuration may process technical data required to receive the submission.
Data minimisation
The form does not request passport or identity-document numbers. If a confirmed travel service later requires additional passenger information, it should be requested only at the stage and by the party that needs it.
Retention
Enquiry data should be retained only as long as necessary for handling the request and applicable legal obligations. Configure your production form/email workflow accordingly.
Your rights
You can contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other applicable data-protection rights. You may also contact the competent Croatian supervisory authority.
Photography and external media
The Zrće Beach and club photographs in this build are stored locally on BuyZrce, so displaying them does not create third-party image requests. External organizer and venue links remain separate websites with their own privacy practices.
